(Don’t Opt for Hostel if you do not agree with any of these)

* At the time of admission there should be present her parents / guardian.

​

* No unbecoming activity of a student shall be allowed inside the hostel premises.

​

* The management reserves the right to evict any hosteller if it is found that she is involved in any  

  illegal/ unethical/ un principled / immoral/corrupt/dishonest activity and due to which her stay in

  the hostel Causes disciplinary or any other related problems for the management and the other

  occupier of the hostel.

​

* No hosteller shall be allowed to stay out without written request of the local guardian and written     

   permission of the chief administrator/warden. Decision of the chief administrator /warden will be

  final in such cases. Any student staying out without permission shall be fined Rs.50/- each, only for

  up to two occasions. Any repetition of this act after that will make him liable for expulsion without

  any notice.

* A guest can only be taken up to the room between 4 p.m to 7 p.m. with the advance written        

  permission of the chief administrator/In charge. No guests are allowed, other than student’s

  guardian / mother / father in the hostel in any case.

​

* The management reserves the right of admission for non-hostellers. Trespassers shall be handed   

   over to the police.

​

* Hosteller shall be allowed to take drugs with Doctors checkup prescription only. 

​

* Playing of radio, use of heater, heat convector, electrical-kettles, iron, immersion-rods, lighter,  

  weapons, tools, match-box, alcohol, liquor, cigarette and knife attached nail- cutter are strictly

  prohibited inside the premises of the hostel. Non compliance of this rule will result in immediate

  eviction from the hostel and forfeiture of the appliance.

 

* The hostellers are advised not to be keeping any valuable article in the hostel. For any theft or loss of value    

  able articles, it will be the sole responsibility of that hosteller and by way of no means what

  so ever hostel management can be held responsible for such lose.

* Any hosteller guilty of misconduct, breach of rule or showing disrespect to authority and nuisance

  to other including neighbors, shall immediately be expelled from the hostel without any notice. No

  justification for this can be sought from the hostel authorities

.

* Any damage to the property of hostel shall have to be paid in cash individually or the persons

  responsible or jointly by all the hostellers. It will not be adjusted from Caution Money.

​

* The chief Administrator’s decision regarding fines shall be binding and final on all Hostellers.

​

* Caution money will be refunded only even if a hosteller leaves hostel earlier for any reason

  whatsoever .She will be required to clear all dues. No adjustment of any balance amount payable

  will be permissible from the caution money.

​

* Any case of accident like-society, out of contact when she went outside the hostel/collage, road

  accident, self marries. all of these reasons hostel authorizes are not responsible for any accident.

​

* A Hosteller will have to take permission and No dues Certificate from the warden when she

  finally leaves the hostel. The Causing Money amount will be refunded only when No dues

  certificate has been submitted.

​

* The hostel authorities shall keep the hostel clean and hygienic and the hosteller shall help in doing so.

​

* The hosteller shall get breakfast, Lunch and dinner, as per the menu displayed every week. The

  menu shall be decided by a committee consisting of one representative each of the hostellers,

  hostel authorities.

​

* In case a student desires anything outside the menu, she shall have to pay to the hostel authorities

  at the rate prescribed.

​

* No misuse of electricity and water is allowed and leaving the room without switching off the

  lights will invite penalty.

​

* Students have to use security code for their laptop and mobile

​

* No hosteller shall be allowed to take meal from outside during her stay in the hostel.

​

* No inter exchange of room shall be allowed without writing approval of the hostel authorities.

​

* In case a student want to go to her house town she shall have to inform the hostel authorities in

   writing and make entries in the register while going and coming back accordingly.
